Well, yesterday was a pretty exciting day... because for the first time in a long while, something bad happened and it wasn't my fault!
I was driving along to Alex's house to hang out with him and Elise and was patiently waiting at a traffic light. It turns green and I'm pulling into the interesection, when I casually look out the window and see a car headed toward me at 50 miles per hour! It brakes violently, but still manages to hit my car with enough force that my car does a 180 and gets pushed into the car next to me!
A 3-vehicle accident!!! I bet none of you can say you've been in one of those! (Oh, btw, no one was hurt...otherwise I wouldn't be this excited)
Ok... so here comes the part that sucks. My car isn't driveable any more. The car hit the rear axel and jammed it in, so now stuff scrapes against the ground when I drive... and the car starts smoking more than usual.
Hopefully I'll get a cool new car, but... that isnt going to happen till the insurance figures that stuff out. So anyway, if any of you know of any cool cars, could you clue me in. Because I know less about cars than ummm...whatever. You get the point.
And for that matter, I hope we get rid of the Infiniti quick. We towed it from the site to the front of my house. So... now I think all my neighbors will look at it and say something like, "I knew that kid was a bad driver!"
Actually, I've explained the situation to 3 neighbors so far... so hopefully the word will spread around. |
